Kiarha Lamar “Ms. K” started her dance journey at the young age of 7 where her mother introduced her what she believed her daughter would soar and become successful in dance. Kiarha have experience in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Clogging, and Dance Cardio Fitness. What began as a childhood passion grew into a beautiful purpose: to build leaders through dance.
Over the years, dance became more than just a hobby – it became her purpose. With years of training, performing, and teaching under her belt, she founded ILead Dance Academy, LLC in 2021 to inspire the next generation. Fueled by discipline, creativity and a deep desire to inspire others, Kiarha will continue to build leaders through dance – teaching discipline, teamwork, and passion, one step at a time.
Vision
To cultivate the next generation of leaders through dance bringing experienced instruction and a diverse range of dance styles to communities making dance accessible to all, no matter the location or skill level.

This is more than a 5,6,7,8… Here at ILead Dance Academy we aim to create a fun, safe and uplifting environment that nurtures not just technical dance skills, but also self-expression and personal growth through the importance of leadership. ILead Dance Academy is rooted in our passion for empowering individuals through dance, leadership, and community where dancers of all levels can grow both technically and personally. By emphasizing the importance of leadership alongside dance, we help students build confidence, achieve their goals, and contribute positively within the community. We believe that it is important to build these skills not on the dance floor, but to be able to apply them in the real world.
