I’m glad you decided to stop by. Here’s a little something about me. 

 

I am proud Georgia Native who’s ready to take on my full potential to helping others becoming the leaders they are destined to be. Being a leadership Strategist that’s driven and passionate to lead others, I love to use my creative strategies to inspire and motivate individuals who need the extra push to reach their fullest potential through purpose. Now, you’ve probably heard of the saying “I’m a natural born Leader”. Well let me take you back ……

 

I wasn’t always a leader. It took many obstacles to get where I am now to become who I am. From working in childcare going into the corporate world, it wasn’t until i got my first position as a Team Lead at my job, that I then tapped into my “Leadership side”.  Since then, I have been rockin’ and rolling. Receiving my Leadership and Management Certificate expanded my vision to want to do more. I honestly didn’t believe I had it in me until I stepped out on faith and begin doing the work. That’s when i became a “natural”. As time passes by, I have realized that the challenges that I was facing was preparing me for the now , creating K. Renee & Co. 

 

There is no limit to what I can do and provide.  I am excited to build a foundation where I will be able to share my gifts, and knowledge with individuals, and take them on this ride with me to LEAD THEIR SHIP.
