Services
ILead Dance Academy
Here at ILead Dance Academy we strive to create a fun and safe place for current and future dancers and their families. We believe in the importance for each student to learn the fundamentals of Dance and Leadership to help reach personal goals through the art of dance. Alongside, learning the basics of Leadership to gain skills to becoming successful.
Through dance and Leadership, each dancer will gain knowledge of dance and understand why Leadership is essential to life. As we are a strong believer in building self – confidence, we will encourage all our students to strive high to reach their full potential in what they believe they can accomplish. Each student is special in their own way, and ILEAD Dance Academy is here to support the needs of each student to build friendships, grow personally, and enhance their skills.
ILead Dance Academy on Demand Program
Bringing dance to you …..ILead Dance Academy on Demand Program specializes in bringing the art of dance and leadership to Daycares, Private and Public Schools, Non Profit Organizations, and Birthday Parties.
Our program aims to bring opportunities to young people in the community, offering dynamic and inclusive dance classes tailored to all skill levels. We provide engaging and fun dance instruction in various styles with a focus on building confidence, creativity, and physical fitness. Additionally, Daycares, Private and Public Schools and non-profit organizations are given the opportunity to take part the annual recitals, and other exciting activities.

Kiarha Lamar
MEET OUR ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Kiarha Lamar “Ms. K” started her dance journey at the young age of 7 where her mother introduced her what she believed her daughter would soar and become successful in dance. Kiarha have experience in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Tap, Clogging, and Dance Cardio Fitness.
